Since 1998, Purplecat Networks Inc. has provided web and mail hosting services, as well as wired and wireless network/UNIX infrastructure and security consulting to local and international businesses.

Specializing in enterprise class dedicated server installations for the record label industry, our servers routinely serve more than 10 terabytes of data monthly to satisfied customers around the globe.
The success of Purplecat Networks Inc. in the world of network engineering has allowed us to further explore cinematography as a means of expression and information transmission. Our ongoing work with local theater companies, incorporating live and pre-recorded video projection into dance and theater performances have kept audiences captivated for more than 5 years.

Peter Brezny, founder of Purplecat Networks Inc. is the offspring of two professional photographers. Raised on the stage of Shakespearean theater, the move to cinematography was a natural one. Peter has exhibited still photography in downtown Asheville, and directed or filmed five award winning 48hour project short films.

The chance opportunity to act as second camera on a documentary film shoot in Nicaragua in early spring of 2010 has ignited something not likely to burn out soon.
